Unit Stamping Kit Detail

	The brass cube anvil, included in the company stamping kits, includes specific inlets for stamping utensil handles, the cup handle and the utility knife issued as personal gear.
	The kit anvil also includes inlets for the stamping dog tags and the handle of the M1910 Meat Can. .

The individual stamping kits were issued on a company level. Primarly used to create soldiers dog tags they were also fitted with a anvil which had special inlets for markign of individual personal gear. The Meatcan, utensils and cup had special inlets cut into the kit anvil to assist in marking.
