INFORMATION AND POLICIES

MISSION: Welcome to the Fredericksburg Memorial Military Museum. Our mission is to preserve the memory of the men and women of the Fredericksburg Virginia area who served in defense of freedom. Our collection includes material from the Civil War through WWI, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm and subsequent eras of the 20th Century. We provide Veteran's organization, schools, other public groups and events with displays, exhibits and other programs of historical interest. Our activities include research, restoration, living history as well as collecting material to be preserved for future generations.

ORDERING: If you would like to order an item, please send us an e-mail telling us what item you are interested in along with your shipping address.
We will then determine shipping and insurance costs and send you a return e-mail with the total cost and payment information. This will be the confirmation of your order. Payment for all items are expected within 15 days of confirmation of the order. We will accept cash, money orders and personal checks. We are also willing to trade for items that may be of interest to the collection. All prices and charges are in US $. We can hold an item for you up to 60 days with a minimum of 50% down.

SHIPPING:All items will be shipped direct to your address via US Postal Service or UPS. Purchasers must bear the cost of shipping, special handling and insurance if desired. Shipping for all items paid by personal check will be held until the check has cleared. If sold out of the continental United States purchaser will be responsible for all customs, duties and other fees required for International shipments. Non CONUS customers are also responsible for compliance with their respective laws and regulations. For example certain countries in Europe do not allow the shipment of Nazi memorabilia and it is the customer's responsibility if the item is intercepted.

RETURNS: We guarantee all items as to authenticity and the accuracy of our description. In the unlikely event that you decide to return an item, we will accept returns if you contact us within ten days of receipt and make arrangements. All items returned to us must be in the same condition that they were sent. You pay shipping to return the item to us and we will refund the full purchase price (less the original shipping charges or fees/duties incurred in shipping process). All returns are negotiable, our objective is for the buyer to be satisfied and we will take ALL reasonable avenues to ensure satisfaction.
